Lucian Boldea
  • President and Chief Executive Officer

Lucian Boldea serves as president and chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors of The Timken Company. He joined the company in 2025.

Boldea has over 25 years of global leadership experience spanning industrial technology, advanced manufacturing and digital automation. He leads with a strong commitment to customers, championing innovation, driving operational excellence and building high-performing, inclusive teams. Boldea is focused on taking the company to new levels of financial performance by advancing Timken’s strategy.

Boldea joined Timken from Honeywell, where he served as president and CEO of Honeywell Industrial Automation — a global business segment with over $10 billion in sales. Prior to that role, he led Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies. At Honeywell and previously at Eastman Chemical Company, as executive vice president, he delivered transformative results by scaling businesses, accelerating innovation and instilling operational and financial discipline across global teams.

Boldea serves on the Board of Directors of National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and the American Chemistry Council. He holds a doctorate degree in organic chemistry from the University of Florida, a master’s degree in business administration in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of West Florida.

Michael A. Discenza
  • Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Michael A. Discenza is executive vice president, chief financial officer and an officer of The Timken Company.

Named to this position in 2025, Discenza is responsible for overseeing the company’s global finance and accounting organizations, leading interactions with investors and contributing to Timken’s strategy to create shareholder value, which is focused on driving profitable organic growth, operating with excellence and effectively deploying capital.

Discenza is recognized for combining extensive industry knowledge and financial expertise to provide strategic direction, deliver process improvements and support the company’s growth — both organically and through acquisition.

Since joining Timken in 2000, he has held a range of financial and accounting leadership roles, including vice president – finance and group controller; director of accounting, financial planning and analysis; and controller of multiple business segments. His experience also includes investor relations and advising the Board’s audit committee.

Discenza earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from The University of Akron and is a certified management accountant.

Timothy A. Graham
  • Executive Vice President and President of Industrial Motion

Timothy A. Graham is executive vice president and president of Industrial Motion, and an officer of The Timken Company.

Named to this position in 2025, Graham is responsible for scaling and accelerating the profitable growth of Timken’s Industrial Motion portfolio in industrial markets, with a focus on serving customers’ future needs.

Since joining Timken in 2003, Graham has built a strong track record leading complex global operations. Most recently, as vice president of operations for Engineered Bearings, he led a worldwide network of bearing manufacturing and distribution facilities. His responsibilities also included companywide leadership of supply chain, sourcing, quality, continuous improvement, EH&S and sustainability.

Graham also served as acting president for American Roller Bearing and Aurora Bearing following their acquisitions, and gained valuable international experience leading European operations from Colmar, France. He is credited with transforming Timken’s manufacturing footprint while driving margin expansion and operational excellence. He guided teams through global disruptions and major supply chain challenges, developed the company’s sustainability strategy and has achieved industry-leading safety performance.

Prior to joining Timken, Graham served in supply chain management roles with International Paper Company and Thomas & Betts Corporation.

Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in transportation and logistics management from Kent State University and an executive MBA from the University of Memphis.

Hansal N. Patel
  • Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Development

Hansal N. Patel is an officer of The Timken Company, serving as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate development.

Named an executive officer in 2019, Patel is a trusted legal advisor to the company’s senior leadership and its Board of Directors. He oversees a global legal team that is responsible for Timken’s worldwide legal affairs, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate counseling, litigation, ethics, compliance and government affairs. Patel also leads the company’s corporate governance initiatives and has responsibility for EH&S globally.

Patel has been instrumental in the company’s acquisition strategy to expand its industrial motion product offering — advising on over $3 billion of transactions over the last decade. He is steadfast in upholding Timken’s core value of ethics and integrity by running an industry-leading compliance program. His team’s efforts have resulted in Timken being recognized numerous times as one of the World’s Most Ethical Company’s by Ethisphere® Institute.

Patel joined Timken in 2011 and held various positions of increasing responsibility in the legal function. Prior to Timken, Patel was a senior corporate and securities associate at an Am Law 200 law firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate law.

Patel earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Ohio State University and a juris doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Natasha Pollock
  • Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Natasha Pollock is senior vice president, human resources, and an officer of The Timken Company.

Named to her current position in 2022, Pollock leads a global HR team charged with advancing a performance-driven environment that rewards new ideas and solutions that create impact. She has enabled the company’s geographic expansion through her development of Timken’s global HR strategy, talent and culture. Pollock is also accomplished in leadership and talent development, complex organizational change management and employee engagement.

Under Pollock’s leadership, Timken’s HR team will continue to establish the company as an employer of choice that attracts, engages and develops a world-class team of problem solvers. She is focused on attracting and advancing the next generation of talent, and during her tenure Timken has been named one of America’s Best Employers for New Graduates by Forbes.

Previously, Pollock served as director of human resources, where she led the company’s global HR business partners and was responsible for talent and learning and development strategy. Throughout her Timken career, Pollock has held HR leadership roles in the company’s business and manufacturing operations in Europe and former steel and bearing segments. Pollock joined Timken in 2001.

Pollock holds a master’s degree in human resources from Westminster University in London.

John R. Szarka
  • Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

John R. Szarka is senior vice president, chief technology officer and an officer of The Timken Company. Named to this position in 2026, Szarka advances Timken’s enterprise-wide technology strategy and resource allocation across the company’s portfolio. This includes delivering product technology roadmaps for key markets, unlocking synergies between businesses, and leading Timken’s strategy for AI, automation and data to improve decision velocity and resource deployment.

Previously, Szarka served as vice president, product management for Engineered Bearings, where he was recognized for accelerating the competitiveness and profitable growth of Timken’s Engineered Bearing portfolio. He led the product management, product development and manufacturing engineering teams to advance the bearing brand globally.

Since joining Timken in 2005, Szarka has held a range of leadership roles, including president of Lovejoy and Torsion Control Products, optimizing operational efficiency and growth for several Industrial Motion product lines. He has also served as general manager of distribution and manager of regional marketing and channel projects in China.

Szarka earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
